  • Dividing walls between properties: brick partition with plasterboard cladding on both sides with mineral wool thermal and acoustic insulation.
  • Internal divisions in properties by partitions, with laminated plasterboards and structure of galvanised-steel profiles and internal acoustic insulation. Waterproof laminated plasterboard will be used in wet areas.

  • Internal flooring in communal areas and bathrooms: beige porcelain tiles.
  • Internal flooring in bedrooms: All properties will have natural oak parquet. 2200 mm x 270 mm slats
  • External technical flooring: Patio and flat roof beige porcelain tiles. As indoors with anti-slip treatment.
  • Bathroom tiling: shower walls will be fully tiled with beige porcelain. Wet areas will have tiles and other areas pure white paint, RAL 9010.
  • Swimming pool tiles: EZARRI-brand gresite or similar in green tones, model 2586-B 25, anti-slip 25 mm format.

  • The access doors to the properties will be wooden security doors with vertical planks, with 3-point security lock, wide-angle peephole and a pull integrated into the door handle.
